OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
SERVICES & INVESTMENT
Connected Kids Pediatric Therapy is a private pay, out of network provider. We are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out of network reimbursement. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit cards, unrestricted HSA cards, FSA cards, Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) debit cards, and Class Wallet vendor reimbursement.
Initial Evaluation - $325 (flat rate)

The initial evaluation is a 60 minute appointment that includes the review of pertinent medical information and documentation, clinical observations, use of various assessment tools, and a caregiver interview. After the in person evaluation is complete, the therapist will create a thorough written report of their findings and recommendations. This report will be reviewed with you and treatment goals will be discussed at the beginning of your child's first occupational therapy treatment session.
OT Treatment Session - $150 (45 minutes)

Occupational therapy treatment sessions are typically scheduled for 45-60 minutes. The sessions will focus on addressing the goals that you and the therapist have created together for your child. The therapist will use various therapeutic approaches and will provide caregiver education and training throughout the session. Home exercises and activities will be provided to help your child build and maintain skills outside of their therapy sessions.
Caregiver Consultations - $75 (30 minutes)

We offer virtual collaborative caregiver consultations as a standalone service. This would be beneficial for caregivers who may not be ready for direct occupational therapy services, but have questions or concerns they would like to problem solve together. This is also an opportunity for caregivers and families of existing clients to receive additional support and education outside of their child's occupational therapy sessions. Caregiver consultations are scheduled for 30-minutes and take place via phone or video conference.
